We utilise this information to personalise our service and programmes to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you and we may use your information to send you offers and news about Chivitr, or for feedback purposes. At Chivitr we respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information retained by Chivitr will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Chivitr, including our staff, and guests. Any information relating to your health and medical conditions will be held separately and will not be disclosed to any persons outside the clinical team without your written authorisation, except to other qualified medical practitioners in the case of medical emergency. In the event that Chivitr is acquired and/or is managed by one or more third parties as a result of a merger, sale, reorganisation, consolidation or liquidation, the database containing guest and visitor information may be one of the transferred assets. In using the services and facilities of Chivitr you consent to such a transfer of your information taking place.

Confirmation of any offer by Chivitr including pricing and program benefits shall be confirmed at the time of booking. Materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Chivitr.com is done at your own discretion. Chivitr takes no responsibility for any damage to your computer, mobile telephone or other access device that results from the download of any such material. Chivitr cannot guarantee that digitally transferred information can be safe from intrusion and collection by others such as hackers. Any suspected unauthorised access of your information should be immediately brought to the attention of Chivitr who will investigate, and if neccessary take action to rectify and breach of privacy. Chivitr guests are advised to carry travel insurance, along with international medical insurance and repatriation coverage for the full duration of their stay. Chivitr programmes are designed to assist guests in changing their health. The possibility exists of health conditions exacerbating, or clients experiencing a decline in health during any treatment program. Where appropriate Chivitr may refer guests to external medical providers and such referral shall be at the guests own cost. Chivitr reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
