We will hold information relating to your health and medical conditions separately and will not disclose it to any persons outside the clinical team without your written authorisation, except to other qualified medical practitioners in the case of a medical emergency.
If Chivitr is acquired and/or managed by one or more third parties due to a merger, sale, reorganisation, consolidation, or liquidation, the database containing guest and visitor information may be one of the transferred assets. By using the services and facilities of Chivitr, you consent to such a transfer of your information.

Chivitr takes no responsibility for any damage to your computer, mobile telephone, or other access devices resulting from downloading any such material. Chivitr guests are advised to carry travel insurance, international medical insurance and repatriation coverage for the duration of their stay.
Chivitr programmes are designed to assist guests in changing their health. However, your health conditions may be exacerbated, and you may experience a decline in health during any treatment programme. Where appropriate, Chivitr may refer guests to external medical providers, and such referral shall be at the guest’s own cost. Chivitr reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
