Movement
Movement is powerful for enhancing physical and mental well-being. We offer a variety of movement-based practices designed to promote holistic health.
Our movement therapies include yoga, meditation, mindfulness walks, aqua exercise, and Watsu (water and Shiatsu). These practices combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to improve flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
Regular yoga and meditation can reduce stress, enhance body awareness, and boost mental clarity. Mindful walking, by combining gentle exercise with present-moment awareness, can decrease stress, improve sleep habits, and elevate mood.
Watsu hydrotherapy, a unique form of aquatic bodywork performed in our warm, magnesium-salt pool, combines massage, joint mobilisation, and muscle stretching elements. It can help
alleviate pain, increase joint mobility, and promote deep relaxation. We also offer aquacise, a gentle, low-impact workout on joints that provides resistance training. The sessions improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and flexibility.
