Sarah Whitcher

Sarah qualified as a WABA Watsu practitioner in 2012 and uses her skills and knowledge of water movement to guide, stretch and relax the participant.

She has spent most of her life in and around water and believes that being in the fluid element can give the most natural and fulfilling experience, promoting a sense of calm and well-being whilst avoiding stress and injury.

Sarah is also a Freediving Instructor and, through knowing the value of each breath, her Watsu treatments guide you to a tranquil state through the integration of breathing and supportive movement in the warm water.
